Can I use my own WhatsApp number?

Yes. CloudWhats API works with your WhatsApp number only. *Messages will be sent from your own number.

Is this powered by WhatsApp Cloud API?

CloudWhats WhatsApp API (Web Automation) platform works based on WhatsApp Web technology (Web Automation & API) and give users options to use WhatsApp API features with their own numbers.

You can integrate this HTTP API with any technology to send text / image / pdf messages on WhatsApp.

Can I switch from monthly to annual plan after subscribing?

Yes. You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Is there any refund policy?

No. We do not provide refunds. For testing purpose you can continue Monthly plan after free trial. You always have option to cancel at any time.

Is there any account Setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee. Account setup is Free and will be activated in minutes.

Is there any additional charges?

No hidden charges. Price includes for all mentioned features and options, as per given limits. 

How many days I can use Free Trial account?

You will get Free Trial for 5 days to try our services.

After that you can upgrade your subscription plan. 

Can I use regular WhatsApp app or need WhatsApp Business app?

You can use normal WhatsApp app. We suggest to use WhatsApp Business app, it give professional image and business options in app to your business. 

After Green Tick: Once onboarded with WhatsApp Business APIs, you cannot switch the same number to any other WhatsApp apps.

Can I send Bulk messages?

WhatsApp API main purpose is to send informative updates and notifications to your customers and API integrations with other Software/ Apps. 

We do not suggest bulk messaging in this platform. 

You can send/ broadcast limited number of promotional messages within the limits of WhatsApp sending limits. But, we suggest not to send more then 100 messages at a time in single request. 

WhatsApp API allows sending certain categories or promotional messages. You must adhere to WhatsApp’s template guidelines. You can send back in stock alerts, re-engagement messages, etc.

Will there be Number Blocking issues?

API main purpose is to use API integration to send information updates and Chat automation. We do not suggest this for Bulk sending for marketing

As long as you use for informative purpose, there will be No Blocking issue. Only send messages to persons who expect your messages. 

 Note: WhatsApp block numbers only if most of your message receiving users report your messages as spam. So, do not send Bulk marketing messages to unknown persons.
